Superfoods for a Super You

Superfood, superfood, superfood; we hear it shouted from the rooftops, Dr. Oz has it in our face, some of our vegan/vegetarian friends stay on our case about it, coach ROGER reminds you monthly. WHAT ARE WE TO DO?


Don’t go and get a donut, take three deep breaths and relax. What is the common denominator of superfoods? They are REAL FOODS, not something out of a box, bag, or wrapped in cellophane with too much sodium and sugar. One of the most common complaints I hear as coach ROGER is; the REAL FOOS don’t taste good. I must admit I’ve said that back in the day before I took charge of my health; however, it is TRUE that when you consume these good foods regularly your gut brain will crave these superfoods because you feel so good. Take it from this former skeptic the REAL FOODS will taste good as you eat more & more of them. Don’t be alarmed though when you find there are some you just can’t stand, that’s all right because there are more than enough to choose from.
